| COMFORT… Have you ever felt that bathroom vanities are too short? When thinking about what was good about bathroom vanities and what needed changing, Vermont Art Sinks decided to make our vanities taller. On average, Vermont Art Sinks' vanities are five inches taller than standard vanities. Why the change? Not having to do deep knee bends to wash your hands should be normal. This is one of the thoughtful touches that you will notice in our work. |
The Southbridge... Like the Massachusetts town carrying the same name, the Southbridge has a distinctly early American flavor. The beautiful simplicity of this vanity shows from every angle. With a face plate just long enough to hide plumbing fixtures, the Southbridge can be the perfect vanity for those who want to make a stylish statement in their powder room. The Southbridge can comfortably fit in tight spots, while keeping its hand-crafted, fine furniture look and feel. This Southbridge is crafted with 100+ year old rescued Pine. It has a removable top and adjustable leveling glides. It is 35 3/8" high. The Southbridge below right is just 13" wide, made with 125+ year old rescued Fir in its natural finish. See installations page for more photos of this custom installation. |
| The Milton... The Milton has a classic Romanesque style that makes a distinct statement in any powder room. With its strong lines, the Milton is sure to be recognized as a hand-built piece of fine furniture. No mistaking where it came from. Made with 100+ year old rescued Pine, this Milton vanity is 22 7/8" wide by 18 1/8" deep and 35 3/4" high, has a removable top, and adjustable leveling glides. With one door on the face, there is room for a small amount of storage beneath. Since each vanity is completely hand-crafted, each can take up several months to make, from start to finish. And, since each cabinet is custom built, sizes can vary. This Milton is shown with coordinating mirror. |

The Newport... The strong, simple, rustic lines of Newport vanity will make a bold statement in any powder room. This Newport Vanity, with dimensions of 36 1/8" wide, by 22 7/8" deep and 35 1/8" high, offers generous storage underneath as well as ample storage on its top. Legs rest on adjustable glides to help level the vanity to any surface that it rests on, helpful in that older home where not every floor is perfectly level. The Newport pictured here is built with 100+ year old rescued Pine. It is made with a removable top. In the event that you want to change the wooden top for a stone top, or the like, this is easily accomplished. This removable top also eases the installation process. Pictured below in Elm |
